The Walnut Creek Seniors Club is accepting nominations for five officer positions for 2027, with an Oct. 16 deadline for members who want to run or put a name forward.

The club, based at the Civic Park Community Center at 1375 Civic Drive, is filling its president, vice president, secretary and treasurer seats, each one-year terms, plus one trustee seat carrying a three-year term. The club posted the nomination details on its website Sept. 2.

Members can nominate themselves or another member. Each nomination must include the nominee's name, the position sought, a phone number, a mailing address and an email address if available.

Nominations must be postmarked or received by email by Friday, Oct. 16. They can be mailed to WCSC, 2872 Ygnacio Valley Rd., P.O. Box 437, Walnut Creek, CA 94598, or emailed to [email protected].

Ballots will go out in the club's November newsletter.
